3. Use Edit Mode to replace 'prop_welding_mask_01.ydr' and 'prop_weld_torch.ydr' with the ones in the ZIP.
4. Go to 'update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf' and replace 'w_me_bat.ydr' with the one in the ZIP.
5. Put the 'MaskAlwaysOn.cs' file in the 'scripts' folder of your GTAV directory.
